Moving an ordinary site to us is free on every plan. Annual billing gets you two months free. Development beyond your plan: 60 / 50 / 40 EUR per hour. Sites we maintain run on our servers, because we cannot guarantee a malware cleanup on a server we cannot see into. Hosting is billed separately on Care and Care+, and included on Managed.

Questions people actually ask
Do you have to have built my site?
No. Most of the sites we maintain were built by someone else. We audit it, fix what needs fixing, and take it from there.
What if the site is a mess when you take it over?
Then we tell you so. The audit comes first and the cleanup is quoted once, before the plan starts. We do not quietly absorb someone elses technical debt into a monthly fee.
Do you charge to move my site over?
Not for an ordinary site, on any plan. If it is large or complex, a shop with thousands of products or a multilingual build, we look at it first and quote it before anything starts. No surprise invoice either way.
Are the premium licenses really included?
Yes, on every plan including Care, for the plugins on our list. Anything outside the list stays on your own license and we manage the renewals.
What counts as a small edit?
Changing text, swapping an image, updating a price or opening hours, fixing a broken link, publishing a post you send us. They come out of the development time included in your plan. Building a new page or a new section is design and build work, so it is quoted separately.
Do you host the site?
Managed includes hosting and email for a standard business site. WooCommerce stores and high-traffic sites need real resources, so those are quoted on top rather than squeezed into the plan price. On Care and Care+ you keep your own host and we work with it.
What happens if the site gets hacked?
Malware cleanup is included in every plan, including the cheapest one. It is not an emergency upsell.
Do I get a monthly report?
No, deliberately. We would rather spend that hour fixing something than formatting a PDF you would not read. Ask us anything about your site at any time and you get a straight answer.
Can I cancel?
Any month, with no notice period and no exit fee. You keep the site, the backups and every access credential.
Cookies
We use analytics to see which pages people actually find useful. That is all. No advertising, no tracking across other sites, nothing that identifies you personally. Decline and the site works exactly the same.
