Inventory and audit
We map every page, address, form and integration on the current site, and what is worth keeping.
A redesign rebuilds the site around what you already have: the same content, the same addresses, the same search positions, on a build you can finally run yourself.
Most sites that need a redesign are not badly designed. They are badly built. A theme bought years ago, a stack of plugins covering its gaps, and a layout nobody can touch without something breaking somewhere else. The design is only the part you can see.
So we rebuild underneath. Content is migrated in full, addresses are kept or mapped with redirects, and the site comes back on a clean structure in Bricks. What was ranking keeps ranking. What you could not edit before, you can edit after.
The other failure is quieter. A site gets redesigned, looks sharp for a year, then nobody can extend it, so the next agency proposes another rebuild. A redesign should be the last one you pay for, not the next one in a cycle.
New colors and fonts on the same broken build. It looks better for a while and breaks the same way.
Everything thrown out, content retyped, old addresses dropped. The design is new and so is the drop in traffic.
Content and search positions carried across. Structure replaced underneath. Nothing you earned is lost.
Drag the handle. On the left is the site we replaced, on the right the one running today.
The deliverable is the same site to your visitors and a completely different one underneath: the same content, the same addresses, and a build you can actually run.
A full inventory before anything moves
Every page, post, product, form and redirect is listed first, so nothing quietly disappears in the move.
A new design built for your content
Designed around the pages you actually have, not a template you have to fill.
Rebuilt in Bricks on a real system
BEM naming and Advanced Themer tokens, so the site stays consistent and can be extended later.
A redirect map, checked line by line
Every old address either stays or points to its replacement, so search engines and old links still land.
Faster than what it replaces
Fewer plugins, less markup and images handled properly, so the rebuild is quicker than the site it replaces.
Editable content and a clean handover
Reviewed with you before it goes live, then handed over with documentation so you can run it yourself.

Addresses
301 map
A redesign that looks better and loads slower is a downgrade. Speed is part of the brief, not a later invoice.
Weight
Fewer moving parts
The old plugin stack goes with the old theme. Most of it was covering gaps a proper build does not have.
Images
Handled at the source
Media is migrated, compressed and served in modern formats instead of full-size uploads.
Markup
Less to render
Clean semantic HTML and a small DOM, so pages paint quickly on real phones.
Search
Nothing left behind
Titles, meta, structured data and sitemaps move across with the content.
The live site keeps working the whole time. Nothing switches over until you have seen it and agreed.
We map every page, address, form and integration on the current site, and what is worth keeping.
Key layouts and the component system are approved before the whole site is rebuilt.
The new site is built on a private copy, away from the live one, with your content migrated in full as we go.
Old addresses are matched to new ones and checked before launch, not after someone reports a 404.
The switch happens in a quiet window, with analytics, Search Console and redirects verified the same day.
We monitor positions and errors after launch, and can keep the site maintained from there.

Read the case studyContent is migrated, not recreated. On large sites that means thousands of posts and images moved as data.
Redirects are mapped before launch and checked after. Positions you earned are not collateral damage.

The questions that decide whether a redesign is worth doing.
Projects start in the low four figures and are quoted as a fixed price after we have seen the current site. The size of the content, the number of templates and how much has to be migrated decide the rest.
Not if the redirects are done properly. Old addresses are kept where possible and mapped to their replacement where not, then checked before and after launch. On one rebuild we moved a forum to its own subdomain and kept every position.
No. Pages, posts, products and media are migrated as data. Volume is not the problem: sites with thousands of posts and tens of thousands of images move the same way as small ones.
Yes, and that is the usual case. The design and the build change while the words and images stay exactly as they are, unless you want them edited.
It is not. The rebuild happens on a private copy, away from the live site, and the switch takes minutes in a window you choose.
If the build underneath is sound, we can restyle it. Usually it is not, which is why the site is being redesigned in the first place. We tell you which one it is after looking.
That is a migration on top of a redesign and we do both together, with the redirect chain, Search Console and analytics handled in one pass.
Yes, and that is usually the reason people come to us. Content and images are editable without a developer and without breaking the layout.
