Look first
We check where the site is, where the mail is, and what is currently pointing at what.
Sites we look after run on servers we manage, with backups, certificates and mail records handled. Email sits on a separate server, so a problem with one is never a problem with the other.
Most small businesses end up with three suppliers: someone who built the site, someone who hosts it, and someone who sold them email. When something breaks, each one can plausibly say it is not theirs. Meanwhile the site is down and nobody owns the problem.
When the site sits with us that argument does not happen. The person who built it, the server it runs on and the mail records pointing at it are in the same pair of hands, so the fix starts immediately instead of after two days of forwarded emails.
It is also why we ask to host the sites we maintain. We cannot promise to clean up a malware infection on a server we cannot see into. Half of what needs cleaning is never inside WordPress in the first place.
A shared plan chosen on price, oversold, with support that answers in a day and cannot read a PHP error.
Hosting here, email there, the developer somewhere else. Every incident starts by working out whose fault it is.
Server, mail and site in the same hands. One conversation, and it starts with a fix rather than a search for blame.
Hosting and email are not sold here as a bargain. They are the place we can actually support what we built, and the reason an incident starts with a fix instead of a phone tree.
A server configured for WordPress
PHP version, memory, caching and object cache set for the site rather than left at whatever a generic plan ships with.
Certificates issued and renewed
SSL is set up, kept valid and renewed automatically. Nobody finds out it expired from a browser warning.
Daily backups on the server
Fourteen days of restore points on the server. A weekly copy kept somewhere else entirely is part of a maintenance plan.
Mailboxes on your own domain
On a separate mail server, priced by storage rather than by person. Spam filtering, webmail and aliases are part of it.
Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 managed
When those are the right answer we set them up, handle the DNS and support your team. You pay the licenses directly.
One place to ask
Hosting, mail and the site are supported by the same person, so there is nobody to be redirected to.

Managed plan
None of this is exotic. It is the set of things that quietly go wrong when hosting is bought on price alone.
Separation
Mail on its own server
Your email does not share a machine with your website. A site problem stays a site problem.
Deliverability
Records done properly
SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured so your mail is trusted. This is the step most setups skip and then blame on the provider.
Speed
Configured for the site
PHP, memory and object cache set for the workload. One site we host runs a catalog of 1,400 products and stays quick.
Recovery
Restores are tested
A backup nobody has ever restored is not a backup. Ours get restored before anyone needs them.
Moving an ordinary site over is free on every maintenance plan. Mail and site are never switched at the same time.
We check where the site is, where the mail is, and what is currently pointing at what.
The site is copied to our server and tested there while the old one is still live.
Mailboxes are moved or repointed on their own schedule, so the site and the email never break in the same hour.
DNS is switched in a window you choose. SSL and mail records are confirmed the same hour.
The old host stays available until we are certain, and errors are watched in the days that follow.
Backups, certificates and renewals run on their own. You hear from us when something needs a decision.

Read the case studyThe site, the server and the mail are in the same hands, so an incident starts with a fix rather than an investigation.
They fail for different reasons, so they do not sit on the same machine. Cheap plans put them together and you find out during an incident.
Standard WordPress and standard mail. If you leave, everything comes with you and we help you move it.
Hosting and email are not sold separately. They come with the Managed maintenance plan, which is the only way the site, the server and the mail end up in the same pair of hands.
Hosting is required on every maintenance plan. We cannot guarantee a malware cleanup on a server we cannot see into.
Not included
Why the mail sits elsewhere, how the server is set up, and when you should be using Google or Microsoft instead.
No. The server is part of how a site is maintained here, not a product sold separately. Hosting and email come with the Managed plan.
Mailboxes are sized by storage rather than per person, so you are not paying for seats nobody uses. A standard allocation comes with the plan, and anything larger is agreed when we look at your setup.
Because they fail for different reasons. A site under heavy load or cleaning up after an infection should not take your email with it, and a mail problem should not take the site down. Cheap plans put both on one machine and you find out during an incident.
You are on a dedicated server we manage, alongside other sites we manage. Each one runs under its own account with its own files and its own database, so nothing reads across from one to another and an infection on one cannot spread. We also do not oversell the machine, which is the part cheap shared hosting gets wrong: everything running as the same user, on a box packed far past what it can actually serve.
When the team is large, when Drive, Teams or Meet are part of how you work every day, when your company has compliance requirements, or when everyone already lives in Outlook. We are selling mail, not a whole productivity suite. In those cases we set the right one up and manage it rather than push you onto our server. Google and Microsoft charge per person while we size mail by storage, so the right answer depends on how your team is shaped rather than on a headline price.
Not if the records are right. SPF, DKIM and DMARC are configured properly, which is the step most setups skip and then blame on the provider.
For a maintenance plan, yes. We guarantee malware cleanup, and that is not a promise anyone can keep on a server they cannot see into.
Yes, and we help you move. Standard WordPress and standard mail, nothing proprietary. Your site and your mailboxes go with you.
