I have been building for the web since 2012. Before Jaha Web Solutions I spent eight years at a WordPress agency, where I delivered more than two hundred projects, which is where most of the habits on this site come from.
Jaha Web Solutions is a registered business in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and I work remotely with clients across Europe, the United States and New Zealand. I also work part time with a company in the United States, so a good part of my week already runs on American hours.
Day to day that means designing and building WordPress sites, then keeping them updated, secured and monitored. The same person who writes the code answers your email, which is the whole point.
For larger builds I work with a colleague I have worked with for years, who runs his own business. He is not staff, and nothing is handed to anyone else without you knowing about it.

You own the account
Hosting, domain and site are in your name. There is no proprietary system to be locked into and nothing to buy back.
Standard WordPress, standard mail
No custom framework only I understand. Any competent WordPress developer can pick the site up and carry on.
Cover when I am not there
If I am ill, a colleague I have worked with for years steps in. If I am away, urgent work still gets done, the laptop travels with me, and planned absences are announced in advance.
